Cookie note

This site keeps as little as it can in your browser. There is no analytics product and no advertising cookie.

Three categories

Strictly necessary items run the consent bar and keep the contact form usable (including the hidden timestamp that slows automated posts). Preferences store the choice you make on the bar so we do not ask again on every page. Analytics are not used on fitandfocusedlife.pro. We do not set a third-party advertising cookie.

How to withdraw the preference

Use “Necessary only” on the bar, or clear site data for fitandfocusedlife.pro in your browser (that removes localStorage). After you clear it, the bar will show again. Clearing the preference does not delete an enquiry you already sent; that request is handled under the privacy page. If the bar is in the way and you have already chosen, reload the page — the script reads the stored value on each visit.
